A RETROSPECTIVE OF ARIANNE ZAGER’S ART. MEET AND GREET VIP MIXER Location: PHANTOM AUDIO 48 WEST 25TH STREET BTWN 5TH AVE AND 6TH AVE 10TH FL. NEW YORK,NY 10010 Time: 7:00PM Wednesday, October 27th 2010
Arianne Zager is a natural self taught artist that resides in Brooklyn NY. Using watercolor and loose inks she paints her interpretation of the world around her. Often adorning her work with metal leaf and hand sewn threads Arianne's vision of skewed beauty and surreal emotion communicates clearly from this 28 year old painter.
Arianne has shown in many galleries, lofts and private events through New York, LA, Chicago, PA, WI, Berlin, Moscow and Barcelona. Also she has worked as a graphic artist and clothing designer in NYC. Coming from a creative background art has always been a major focus.
Using her travels to absorb the culture and movements of the people around her Arianne has produced a big collection of watercolor on canvas, linen and hand selected wood. The focus of her art is to piece together a journey into the spin off of just one individuals own organic imagination. Taking what you want from these thoughts and pieces and redevelop them to your own.
Arianne Zager an artist I rep is currently showing in the atrium lobby of Queens Hospital. Stay tuned for Arianne Zager's official NYC solo show in November. TBA
